Registration: Online registration closes Friday night, 11 Nov, at 9:00pm, but race day registration will also be done Sunday upstairs in the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department from 7:00 to 8:00.  Fee is $35 for adults $25 for 15 years and younger, please bring cash (or credit).  Fun Run registration will remain open until 8:45 and that is $10.00.

- Friday, 11 Nov: if you registered before 7:30pm 10 Nov, you can come to Road Runner Sports on rte 7 in Falls Church from noon-7:00pm. They will offer in-store discounts up to 20% on shoes and apparel!

- Saturday, 12 Nov: We will close online registration at 9:00pm 11 Nov. On Saturday, choose either Spokes bike shop from 10:00am to 3:30pm, or Whole Foods Vienna in the evening from 4:00 to 8:00pm. Spokes will offer discounts on bikes/gear for you, or go to Wholes Foods and try their new hot bar to load-up on a pasta dinner the night before the race. Listen to members of the James Madison marching band play while there, cool!

Parking: Come early to park!  We posted a interactive map on parking locations near the VVFD.  Print a copy to bring with you.  

When: Start time is 8:15 am, Sunday 13 November.  Recommend you come before 0730 to park. If you are a little late getting to the start line, don't worry. Each person will have a chip timing tag on the back of their bib, so your race technically starts when you cross the start line.

Where: The Vienna Volunteer Fire Department.

Course: The course is USATF certified - check out the course map and chip timing will be provided by DC Road Runners Club.  One water station will be provided mid-course.

After the Race: Stay for the finish line festival and to do the Fun Run (kids middle school age and below) and enjoy refreshments from our sponsors.

Awards (at 9:00): Right after the Fun Run starts.  A trophy, $50, along with a turkey and a medal, will be given to the overall male/female winners as well as overall male/female Masters winners (40 and older). Awards will also be given to the overall second and third place male and female winners.  First, second and third place male and female winners of the following age groups will be recognized: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over. The top three stroller pushers will also be recognized.  A raffle will also be conducted, so anyone can win!
